Menus, a website and an ordering system for a British bakery & café in Los Cristianos.
A much-loved café — given a menu and site as good as the food.
Delicious is a British bakery and café in Los Cristianos with a real following and a brand of its own. Our job was to make everything around the food feel as considered as the place itself — print and digital menus, a website with ordering and loyalty built in, and a colour and type system tying it all together.
The Delicious logotype is the café's own existing mark. Our work was everything around it — the menus, the website, the ordering platform and the system that holds them together.
One set of rules behind everything — the print menu, the website, the order screen — so wherever you meet Delicious, it's the same place. Built around the café's existing mark, not on top of it.
Five faces, one menu — each with a job, none of them fighting.

The mark is theirs. Delicious already had its logotype. We carried it consistently across every new surface — never redrawing it, just giving it a system to live in.
Same menu, same system, built mobile-first. Browse, build a collection order, and check the loyalty card — all in a thumb's reach.

A menu that looks good is the easy half. The rest was making it sell — so the site doesn't just show the food, it takes the order and brings people back.
Customers build a collection order on the site and send it in one tap — it lands in the café's WhatsApp, ready to make. No app to download, no commission to a delivery giant.
A digital stamp card that saves to Apple & Google Wallet. Staff scan, the stamp lands, the regular comes back — no plastic, no app, no forgotten card.
Make-it-a-meal prompts, table-tent QR codes and seasonal pushes — the small, repeatable nudges that lift an average order, designed into the system from the start.
"Dom just got it. We told him about the place once and he came back with something that finally looked like us — on the menu and on the website. People actually notice now."

Delicious is a café people already love. Our job was to make everything around the food live up to it — and feel like one place, wherever you meet it. A menu that's a pleasure to read, a website that takes the order, a loyalty card in your pocket, all carried by one colour and type system, all built around the café's own mark. The kind of work that doesn't shout on a portfolio, but means the café runs a little better every morning.
